Responsibility
Solution
- Gather & analyze clients' requirements: This involves actively engaging with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges related to labor scheduling. You'll need to collect detailed information about what they expect from a resource optimization solution.
- Understand pain-points: Identify and empathize with the difficulties and pain-points the clients are facing in their current labor scheduling processes.
- Translate into conceptual design: Use the gathered information to create a conceptual design for a resource optimization solution. This design should address the clients' requirements and pain-points. It might include proposing strategies, algorithms, or technologies to achieve this optimization.
Project Delivery
- Coordinate with in-house AI & Optimization team: Once the conceptual design is approved, you'll need to work closely with the internal team responsible for implementing and configuring the resource optimization solution. This collaboration ensures that the project progresses smoothly and meets the agreed-upon timelines.
- Ensure timely project delivery: Your role involves overseeing the project's progress to make sure it stays on schedule. This may involve managing tasks, addressing obstacles, and communicating with stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
Education & Training
- Educate end-users: Conduct training sessions or workshops for the clients' end-users. These sessions should focus on teaching them how to use the resource optimization solution effectively and efficiently.
- Best practices: Share best practices and recommendations for resource optimization. This could involve explaining how to maximize the benefits of the solution, optimize workforce scheduling, and achieve better results.
Qualifications
- Your educational background is not specified, but it's important to have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Having a consulting background is valuable because it demonstrates your experience in working with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Your tech background is advantageous for understanding and implementing technology-driven resource optimization solutions. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential.
- Your experience in client-facing roles and strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English are critical for effectively engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting solutions.
- Adaptability is a valuable trait, especially in technology and consulting roles, where client needs and project requirements can change. Being able to adapt to new challenges and situations is crucial.
- Your extensive 8+ years of experience demonstrate a deep understanding of the field, which is highly valuable for leadership and decision-making in resource optimization projects.
- AI Experience (ASR, TTS, LLM): Your AI experience, particularly in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Language Model (LLM) technologies, is highly relevant if the resource optimization solutions involve AI-driven components. This expertise can enhance the quality and effectiveness of the solutions you provide. (nice to have)
