Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant to support business development efforts. This role focuses on B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and follow-up management, targeting property managers, general contractors, and business owners across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. The ideal candidate is organized, consistent, and comfortable executing high-volume outreach while maintaining professional and engaging communication. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Google, Yelp, and online directories
- Target key decision-makers (property managers, business owners, general contractors)
- Build and maintain structured prospect lists
- Focus outreach efforts within assigned geographic markets (NY, NJ, FL)
Outbound Outreach (LinkedIn & Email)
- LinkedIn messaging
- Email communication
- Use templates while adapting messaging when needed
- Maintain consistent outreach volume and activity levels
- Ensure professional and brand-aligned communication
Follow-Up & Lead Management
- Track all outreach efforts and responses
