Credit Sales Agent – SME Cards (1–3 years) – Dubai & Abu Dhabi UAE (onsite)
We are seeking a motivated Credit Sales Agent – SME Cards to support a targeted outbound calling program focused on SME card sales, adoption, and usage across the existing SME database.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured outbound calling to existing SME customers to drive debit card activation, issuance, credit card sales, and app usage.
Explain the SME debit and credit card value propositions clearly, converting leads into sales and processing applications.
Maintain accurate daily calling records, customer disposition codes, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
Support operational and app-related issues by coordinating internally with Product and Operations teams.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in banking telesales, card calling, customer activation, or SME outbound calling.
Fluent English (spoken and written); Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic preferred.
Strong phone-based communication, follow-up discipline, and ability to work against daily calling targets.
Ability to process credit card applications through the bank's application system.
