About the Role
At Getnet, we are looking for a CRM Consultant to join our team in São Paulo, in a hybrid model (3x in-person). You will work in CRM Analytics with a focus on data science applied to customer journeys and behavior. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable diagnoses and insights to support CRM, activation, and engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Construction of diagnoses and analyses of the customer base
- Identification of offenders and activation opportunities
- Development of segmentations and analytical models
- Generation of insights for CRM and business areas
- Translation of data into strategic action plans
Requirements
- Senior profile with a strong analytical and statistical base
- Background in quantitative areas
- Desirable experience with CRM Analytics and customer vision
- Knowledge in statistical modeling and databases
- Experience with Python, R, Databricks, and SaaS tools
- Investigative, proactive, and results-oriented profile
- Intermediate Spanish
- Differential: master's, doctorate, or technical/academic specialization
