About the Role

At Getnet, we are looking for a CRM Consultant to join our team in São Paulo, in a hybrid model (3x in-person). You will work in CRM Analytics with a focus on data science applied to customer journeys and behavior. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable diagnoses and insights to support CRM, activation, and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Construction of diagnoses and analyses of the customer base
  • Identification of offenders and activation opportunities
  • Development of segmentations and analytical models
  • Generation of insights for CRM and business areas
  • Translation of data into strategic action plans

Requirements

  • Senior profile with a strong analytical and statistical base
  • Background in quantitative areas
  • Desirable experience with CRM Analytics and customer vision
  • Knowledge in statistical modeling and databases
  • Experience with Python, R, Databricks, and SaaS tools
  • Investigative, proactive, and results-oriented profile
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Differential: master's, doctorate, or technical/academic specialization
