Role Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for defining and executing the technological vision and strategy for us - an AI products and services company. The CTO lead will the development, integration, and scaling of AI-driven solutions inhouse and for customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market demands, and innovation goals. This role requires deep expertise in AI technologies, strategic leadership, and the ability to drive digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and articulate a clear technology vision and multi-year roadmap for AI products and services, aligned with overall business strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends for competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and business teams to translate business objectives into technology initiatives.
- AI Integration & Product Development
- Oversee the end-to-end development of AI-powered products and solutions for customers/inhouse, from concept to deployment.
- Lead the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into new and existing products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Guide R&D efforts, pilot proofs-of-concept, and foster a culture of innovation within the technology team.
- Technical Architecture & Infrastructure
- Design and maintain robust technical architectures, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Oversee infrastructure management, including cloud services, data pipelines, and AI model deployment.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, data science, and AI research teams.
- Drive talent acquisition, upskilling, and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
- Governance, Security & Compliance
- Establish and enforce technology governance, coding standards, and QA processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security regulations, and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Communicate technology strategies, progress, and risks to the executive team, board, and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and research institutions.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee technology budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure efficient operations and ROI.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally within AI, SaaS, or technology product and technology services companies.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.

Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Collaborates closely with product, engineering, operations, and business development teams.
