About the Company
We are solving a trillion-dollar problem in one of the world's most essential industries erasing the administrative burden in healthcare. With global enterprise backing and a clear path to expansion, this is a rare chance to join as a founding member with "day one" impact and "year five" stability. We’ve secured major agreements with three conglomerate healthcare groups across the US, UK, and KSA.
About the Role
As our Founding Engineer, you won’t just be writing code; you’ll be architecting the backbone of a global healthcare platform. You will have a massive stake in the product direction, the culture, and the technical legacy.
Responsibilities
- Ship 0 → 1: Transform complex healthcare workflows into seamless, automated voice experiences.
- Architect for Scale: Build systems capable of serving hundreds of thousands of patients across three continents.
- Product Engineering: Act as a true partner in product discovery—knowing when to build for perfection and when to ship for speed.
- Set the Standard: Establish engineering best practices, from CI/CD pipelines to AI integration patterns, ensuring the team up-levels with every sprint.
Qualifications
You have 5+ years of experience building production software, with at least 2 years in the "move fast and break things" (but fix them faster) world of startups. Must have Healthcare experience!
Required Skills
- The Architect: You’ve built at scale before. You understand the nuances of serving large enterprise clients and high-volume end-user bases.
- The AI Enthusiast: You stay current with AI/ML developments and are excited to implement them in practical, high-impact ways.
- The Owner: You are opinionated about code quality and user experience. You don't need a roadmap—you help draw it.
Preferred Skills
We move fast with a modern, scalable toolkit:
- Frontend: React, Next.js
- Backend: Node.js (TypeScript)
- Data & Infrastructure: Postgres, Redis, AWS, Terraform
- Intelligence: Leading-edge LLMs and Voice AI integration
The demand is massive, the contracts are signed, and we need to build—fast.
