What We Expect From You

  • Customer Understanding: You identify individual customer needs and advise our customers professionally and competently.
  • Consulting: You analyze further customer needs and connect them with suitable cooperation partners.
  • Solution-Oriented: You act as a "problem solver" for all questions regarding real estate and develop tailored solutions.
  • Communication: You communicate with our customers on a high level through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
  • Responsibility: You take responsibility for your customer portfolio and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Further Training: You participate in regular coaching sessions, expand your knowledge, and share it with colleagues.

What You Bring

  • You enjoy communication and sales.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in telephone sales.
  • You work independently and are solution-oriented.
  • You are goal-oriented, reliable, and driven by high self-motivation.
  • You have initial experience in the real estate sector.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs.
  • You are eager to learn and use internal coaching opportunities to continuously expand your sales and product knowledge.
  • You are a team player with passion, great joy in your job, and the ambition to always get the most out of it for the team.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the effective use of AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving.

Salary

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary according to the KV Immobilienverwalter of EUR 2,215 for 40 hours/week (14 salaries), with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive an attractive bonus model for the quality of your work.
