About the Role
LeasingMarkt.de, part of AutoScout24 since 2020, is Germany's largest online automotive marketplace for leasing offers. We help millions of people quickly and easily find the right vehicle for their needs and budget through innovative digital solutions. Together, we are shaping the future of modern mobility – from leasing to car subscriptions.
We are looking for a **Customer Care Agent (m/w/d)** to join us as soon as possible, in a full-time capacity. As a Customer Care Agent, you will support the development of one of the largest marketplaces for leased vehicles at LeasingMarkt.de. In collaboration with our Inside Account Management Team, your main task will be customer support.
Responsibilities
- Independently process various customer inquiries.
- Provide solution-oriented telephone and written advice and support to our end customers at eye level.
- Identify and evaluate customer feedback.
- Collect relevant data from close customer contact and use it for process optimization.
- Document all relevant activities in our self-developed and intuitive CRM system.
- Handle contracts and enter them into the CRM system.
Requirements
- You already have experience in customer service, preferably in Customer Service/Care or a similar area.
- You enjoy communicating with people and know how to build a trusting relationship with your customers.
- You have excellent communication skills, enjoy making calls, and have the ability to inspire customers with your voice.
- You think analytically and have the ability to explain various processes and develop recommendations for action.
- You have good knowledge of **MS-Office**.
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented, and solution-oriented manner.
- You independently identify problems and are decisive.
- You are a team player with heart and a lot of fun at work.
- You have excellent German language skills and sound English language skills.
