Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to customers deploying and optimizing cloud-native applications

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, networking, and security
