About the Role
- Support passengers with tailored travel options and promote FlixBus products and services
- Welcome and guide travelers at Amsterdam FlixBus shop in Sloterdijk Station
- Coordinate coach departures and arrivals in close collaboration with drivers and operations
- Monitor and report service-impacting issues (e.g. delays, competitor activity, security)
- Manage ticket sales and refunds, including cash desk responsibilities
- Actively respond to disruptions and assist passengers on-site
- Use digital tools (apps, tablets) to ensure operational efficiency and passenger support
About You
- No formal education required; experience and customer passion matter most
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, transport, tourism, or customer-facing roles
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and handling on-site tasks
- Resilient under pressure, service-oriented, flexible, team player
- Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus
