About the Role
Within our Customer Service team, we are looking for a motivated colleague to take on the role of Customer Service Agent. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in solving customer problems and improving the efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Helping customers through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and tickets.
- Answering customer questions and providing solutions.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Working in a bilingual environment, both Dutch and French-speaking.
- Working in shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM or from 5 PM to 1 AM, including weekends.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the Dutch and French languages, both spoken and written.
- Passion for customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Communicative with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Problem-solving ability and good stress management skills.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with customer service is a plus.
