What you'll be doing?

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Has customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Has good computers skills.
  • Proves high attention to details.
  • Has the ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers.
  • Has experience in customer service or customer facing roles
