We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst / Principal Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating cyber threats, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with security policies. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks, as well as developing and implementing security solutions to protect our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and mitigate cyber threats, including identifying and addressing vulnerabilities and implementing security controls.
  • Develop and implement security solutions to protect our systems and data, including designing and implementing security architectures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks, including conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including conducting regular security audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, including attending training and staying current with industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat analysis and mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  • Experience with security frameworks and regulations, including NIST and HIPAA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex security issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
