The Data Enablement Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data engineering, governance, and pipeline management strategies to enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data engineering strategies to support business needs
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using DBT and other tools
- Collaborate with data governance team to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data enablement initiatives
- Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines and engineering processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, governance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices
- Experience with DBT, Python, and GitHub
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
