Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges using statistical data and feature engineering
- Select, evaluate, and fine-tune algorithms to optimize performance against business metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical machine learning solutions
- Design and implement data pipelines to support machine learning model training and deployment
- Communicate technical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Monitor and maintain deployed machine learning models to ensure sustained performance and accuracy
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Proven experience applying machine learning techniques to real-world business problems
- Strong proficiency in algorithm development and performance evaluation using relevant metrics
- Experience with data analysis and feature selection for model development
- Familiarity with machine learning tools and frameworks for implementation
- Excellent technical communication skills to present complex results to diverse audiences
