Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Modelling
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to derive actionable insights
- Create repeatable, interpretable, dynamic, and scalable models seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products
Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure data quality and suitability for modeling
- Engineer relevant features from raw data to enhance model performance
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune models to achieve better results
- Identify and address overfitting and underfitting issues to improve generalization
Innovative Solutions and Feature Engineering
- Applies strong expertise in AI using machine learning, data mining, and statistical models to design, prototype, and build innovative and market-competitive solutions
- Engineer features by using business acumen to find new ways to combine disparate internal and external data sources
