Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Optimize model performance and ensure reproducibility of results

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
