REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years (AM) / 8+ years (Manager–SM) of experience in data strategy, enterprise data management, or data consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and present data strategy documents to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data architecture concepts: data mesh, data fabric, lakehouse, and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience with data maturity frameworks (CMMI, DCAM, DAMA-DMBOK).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfort presenting to C-suite.
• Knowledge of the UAE / GCC regulatory landscape (PDPL, UAE Data Office mandates) is a strong advantage.
• Certification in data management (CDMP) or strategy frameworks (PMP, TOGAF) preferred.
