We're seeking a seasoned Deal Desk Lead to lead our cloud marketplaces and partnerships team with a focus on AWS. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships with cloud marketplaces and partners. You will lead a team of deal desk professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of deal desk professionals to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships with cloud marketplaces and partners.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cloud marketplace and partner executives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a deal desk or business development leadership role, preferably in the cloud or technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
