Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain deployed systems at client sites
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in field environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex deployment challenges
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients
- Document deployment processes and client-specific configurations
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
Requirements
- 2+ years in field engineering, deployment, or related roles
- Experience with hardware installation and network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
- Ability to travel and work on-site as needed
- Familiarity with system configuration and monitoring tools
