As a Developer Advocate at Notion, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers, promoting our platform, and creating engaging content to showcase our capabilities. You will work closely with our engineering team to understand our technology stack and develop expertise in areas such as Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Develop and deliver engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and tutorials, to showcase Notion's capabilities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand our technology stack and develop expertise in key areas.
- Represent Notion at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
- Contribute to the development of our platform through feedback, suggestions, and ideas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a developer advocacy or similar position.
- Strong understanding of software development, including programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, and containerization, such as Docker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
