We're seeking a Developer Advocate to join our team, focusing on promoting our products and services to developers in the US and Canada. As a Developer Advocate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers, creating engaging content, and providing support to our community.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning, with experience in API design and cloud computing. You will be working closely with our engineering team to understand our products and services, and will be responsible for creating content that showcases their value to developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with developers in the US and Canada
- Create engaging content (blog posts, videos, social media) to promote our products and services
- Provide support to our community through various channels (email, chat, social media)
- Work closely with our engineering team to understand our products and services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a developer advocacy or community management position
- Expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning
- Experience in API design and cloud computing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
