As a Developer Success Engineer at livekit, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of developers using our platform. This involves providing technical expertise and support to help developers get the most out of our product. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and provide guidance on best practices for using our platform. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, as well as developing and delivering training programs to help developers improve their skills.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or success engineering role
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with documentation and training program development a plus
