Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solid rocket motor components and systems
- Conduct thermodynamic and combustion analysis to optimize performance
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and reliability
- Perform structural and thermal analysis using simulation tools
- Document design specifications and test results for regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in solid rocket propulsion or related fields
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation software
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, combustion, and propulsion systems
- Experience with testing and validation of propulsion systems
