Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a production-grade, zero-downtime CI/CD pipeline with blue-green and canary deployment strategies
- Build a multi-region disaster recovery architecture for critical financial systems
- Develop an Infrastructure Cost Optimization and FinOps Framework to achieve 33% cost reduction without performance degradation
- Implement a security-hardened Kubernetes platform with zero-trust policies, least-privilege RBAC, and runtime threat detection
- Ensure full compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 and RBI Master Direction frameworks
Requirements
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps principles
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, RBI IT Framework, SOC 2)
- Interest in FinOps, disaster recovery architecture, and platform reliability engineering
- No prior work experience required; self-motivated learners preferred
