Key Responsibilities
- Provide deployment and support for non-prod Ovation applications and related infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime for testing and business teams
- Participate in production readiness activities, including reviewing and updating runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and monitoring dashboards
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Rancher Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, and Git
- Monitor and log infrastructure using Splunk/SignalFx and AWS CloudWatch
- Collaborate with teams using ServiceNow and JIRA for issue tracking and resolution
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AWS and Kubernetes DevOps support
- Hands-on experience with Rancher Kubernetes, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Git
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk/SignalFx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes
