As the Director of Capabilities & Training Innovation, you will be responsible for leading the development of capabilities and training innovation to drive business growth and employee development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs that meet the needs of the business. This includes developing and delivering training content, evaluating training effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
