Job description:
- Develop and implement an AI & Data sales strategy that aligns with our company’s vision and goals
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding and anticipating their AI & data needs
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing clients with insights, addressing their concerns, and identifying business opportunities
- Drive sales initiatives by pinpointing new prospects, drafting proposals, and finalizing contracts
- Collaborate actively with our sales and marketing teams to formulate strategies tailored for AI & data services
- Support the growth of AI & data competencies within Spyrosoft group
Qualifications:
- More than 8 years of relevant experience (IT/software delivery related)
- Prior experience in delivering software engineering solutions including technical advisory and processes advisory
- Deep knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and their practical implications
- Proven track record of successful client engagement and sales within the AI & data domain
- Awareness of the latest trends and innovations in the AI & data domain
- Excellent understanding of modern Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of delivery using modern Agile and iterative methodologies like Scrum etc
- Excellent account and stakeholders’ management skills
- People leadership skills
- Perfect organization and communication skills, with an orientation towards business
- Prior experience setting up department strategies and growth plans
- Experience leading or working with international teams
- Fluency in English, proficiency in German a nice to have
