Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise security strategies
- Oversee security architecture, risk assessment, and threat modeling
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
- Manage security incident response and recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with leadership to align security initiatives with business goals
Requirements
- 8+ years in information security leadership roles
- Proven track record in security architecture and risk management
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2)
- Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, EDR, IAM)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
