As the Director of Systems Engineering and Integration and Test Engineering, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate complex systems. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that systems meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strong technical background in systems engineering, integration, and test engineering, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate complex systems.
- Work closely with engineers, program managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that systems meet customer requirements.
- Develop and implement systems engineering processes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technical and programmatic risks.
- Develop and manage budgets and schedules for systems engineering and integration and test engineering activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test engineering.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex systems on time and within budget.
- Strong technical background in systems engineering, integration, and test engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
