About the Role
NICE is seeking a Director of AI Product Management to define and drive the vision for the next generation of AI-native solutions. This is a senior leadership role that will shape how AI transforms enterprise CX at a global scale. As Director, you will own the AI product strategy across NICE's CX platform, leading the product management aspect and collaborating with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market functions. You will serve as the voice of AI product leadership, influencing executive decisions, engaging enterprise customers, and ensuring NICE maintains a market-leading position. The ideal candidate brings both strategic altitude and hands-on AI fluency, capable of setting a multi-year vision and prototyping product concepts.

Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the multi-year AI product roadmap for NICE's CX platform, ensuring AI is built as a foundational capability.
- Translate market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer needs into a differentiated, compelling AI product strategy.
- Champion AI-first thinking across the product organization, establishing standards for how AI capabilities are conceived, evaluated, and shipped.
Leadership & Org Building
- Build a high-performing product culture that values speed, experimentation, customer obsession, and rigorous decision-making.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and design leadership to align roadmaps and resource allocation.
Execution & Delivery
- Drive AI product delivery from concept to customer value, utilizing prototypes, experiments, and validated product artifacts.
- Maintain NICE's standards for enterprise readiness: security, compliance, governance, and scalability.
- Establish data-driven frameworks for measuring AI product performance, model quality, and business impact.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic customers and partners, representing NICE's AI product vision with authority and clarity.
- Lead customer advisory sessions, executive briefings, and industry forums to shape market perception and gather deep product insight.
- Monitor the competitive AI landscape and proactively identify opportunities to outpace competitors.
Cross-Functional Influence
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable go-to-market motions and ensure AI capabilities land with customers effectively.
- Collaborate with NICE's AI/ML research and platform teams to prioritize foundational investments that power the product roadmap.
- Influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders on AI product investments, priorities, and trade-offs.
What you will bring?
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI, cloud, or data-driven solutions.
- 3+ years in a product leadership role, managing and developing PM teams.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts – including model behavior, evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management – with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute on long-horizon AI product strategy while maintaining velocity at the team level.
- Proven success influencing across organizational boundaries – from engineering and data science to C-suite and enterprise customers.
- Strong commercial instincts: ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to inspire internally and represent NICE's AI vision externally.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across global, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel globally.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree is an advantage.
You will stand out if you also have:
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based products, or agentic AI systems.
- Background in Contact Center, CCaaS, WEM, or enterprise CX platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale.
- Familiarity with regulated enterprise environments: compliance, recording, IP telephony, or data privacy.
- Experience building or scaling AI product practices within a larger product organization.
