As an Engineer II - Warhead/Lethality, you will be responsible for the design and development of warhead lethality systems and components. This will involve utilizing expertise in computational modeling and simulation, as well as experience with finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of warhead lethality systems into various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as Python and C++, as well as experience with MATLAB. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new designs, conducting trade studies, and analyzing results to optimize warhead lethality performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop warhead lethality systems and components using computational modeling and simulation techniques.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • 5+ years of experience in warhead design and development, or a related field.
  • Strong background in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Experience with MATLAB and finite element analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
