We are seeking an experienced Engineer III – Control Software to join our team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing control software for industrial applications, leveraging expertise in programming languages, embedded systems, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control software for industrial applications, including PLC programming and embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control software with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to control software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve control software development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in control software development, with expertise in programming languages, embedded systems, and control systems.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, including ladder logic and function block diagrams.
- Experience with control systems, including PID control and model predictive control.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
