Job Summary:
Northrop Grumman is seeking an Engineer/Principal Engineer Mission Assurance to join our team in Roy, UT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mission assurance solutions for complex systems, leveraging expertise in software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement mission assurance solutions for complex systems, leveraging expertise in software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and maintain software tools and frameworks to support mission assurance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address mission assurance risks and opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or MS degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing mission assurance solutions for complex systems.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS.
