As an Engineering Manager at notion, you will lead our engineering teams and drive technical strategy for Context (Agentic Search). You will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, defining technical roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and research, to drive innovation and growth. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing engineers, as well as identifying and addressing technical challenges and opportunities.
