Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong background in machine learning and data engineering
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and Agile workflows
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
