As an Engineering Manager, Growth at 1password, you will lead a team of engineers to drive growth and innovation across our product and platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing technical strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient solutions

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in a technical capacity
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
