Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of platform engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Optimize cloud costs and performance for large-scale systems
- Implement best practices for security, reliability, and observability
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record of building and scaling distributed systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
