Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in designing, testing, and refining prototypes
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and machinery
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation using CAD software
- Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to specifications
- Document test results and prepare reports for engineering review
Requirements
- Associate degree or diploma in Engineering Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or technician role
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
