About the role

We are hiring a senior, quota-carrying Enterprise Sales Director (individual contributor) to drive net-new Fortune 500 revenue. This is a true hunting role focused on using Turing’s strength in AI talent and work with leading AI labs to open doors, shape larger talent and managed service deals, and grow strategic accounts beyond a traditional staffing model. You will be responsible for building a book of business from the ground up, leveraging your network and enterprise selling experience to land new logos and expand strategic accounts over time. This is not an account management role; it is designed for a seller who thrives in greenfield environments and consistently wins new business.

What You’ll Own

  • Net-new Fortune 500 logo acquisition
  • Building and scaling a multi-million dollar book of business
  • Full-cycle enterprise sales (prospecting to close)
  • Executive relationship development (CIO, CTO, Heads of Engineering, Data/AI)
  • Complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across staffing and managed services
  • Strategic account penetration and expansion

You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be expected to generate pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition in Fortune 500 accounts
  • Experience selling IT services, staffing, staff augmentation, or managed services
  • Demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar services engagements
  • Experience carrying $3M+ quota and consistently exceeding targets
  • Established network of CIO, CTO, and senior enterprise decision-makers
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex procurement processes
  • Highly autonomous, self-directed, and driven by revenue outcomes

What Makes This Role Compelling

  • Greenfield enterprise opportunity with significant upside
  • Ability to build a multi-million book of business over time
  • Combination of short-term wins (staffing placements) and longer-term enterprise deals
  • Strong delivery engine and global talent supply to support sales efforts
  • High visibility and direct impact on company growth

Advantages of joining Turing

  • Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)
  • Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)
  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible working hours
