How it is to be a Product Manager
Central Challenge:
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of conversational experiences that drive customer engagement across our products. This position will be responsible for creating intelligent and personalized bots that actively promote the activation, retention, and expansion of solution usage by our audience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Strategy: Conduct continuous discovery process with product, growth, and customer service stakeholders to understand customer behavior, map friction points, and identify engagement opportunities via bots.
- Vision and Roadmap: Build and communicate a clear vision for the engagement bot front, aligned with the company's business objectives. Define and prioritize a roadmap based on hypotheses, data, and impact, focusing on personalized and high-converting conversational experiences.
- Execution and Continuous Iteration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to transform ideas into functional bots, rapidly testing approaches and continuously optimizing based on data and user feedback.
- Strategic Alignment: Be a reference in defining best practices for using bots as an activation and communication channel with clients. Work with partner squads to ensure consistency of language, tone of voice, and strategic objectives in all interactions.
- Measurement and Performance: Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention, recurring engagement), ensuring that bots directly contribute to business KPIs.
What we expect from you:
- Solid experience as a Product Manager, with a history of delivering products focused on the end-user experience.
- Experience in automation projects, bots, conversational channels (e.g., WhatsApp, app, chatbots), CRM, or engagement journeys.
- Analytical capacity to define priorities based on data, hypotheses, and tests.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, transform open problems into concrete opportunities, and propose scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with ease in articulating and defending product visions with different areas of the company (business, product, engineering, customer service).
What increases your chances:
- Previous experience in growth, CRM, or customer engagement in B2C digital products.
- Familiarity with conversational automation tools, bot platforms, or personalized campaign systems.
- Experience in continuous experimentation environments (A/B testing, incrementality).
- Interest or experience with GenAI and personalization of journeys via artificial intelligence.
