Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment to produce high-quality wafers
- Monitor and optimize fabrication processes for yield improvement
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in cleanroom environments
- Collaborate with process engineers to refine fabrication techniques
- Document process parameters and maintain detailed records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication or wafer processing
- Hands-on experience with fabrication tools (CVD, PVD, etch systems)
- Familiarity with semiconductor process control and metrology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
