We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Factory Quality Engineer to join our team on the 3rd shift in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured products, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, manufacturing process control, and technical problem-solving. Proficiency in Python, machine learning, and AWS is highly desirable. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel on quality-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, manufacturing process control, and technical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning, and AWS is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
