As the Field Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement programs and platforms to support benchling's field teams in effectively using our technology. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure our customers are getting the most out of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our enablement programs and identifying areas for improvement.
