Why us?
We are hiring our first Field Product Manager for Observability in the Americas. You sit at the intersection of Product and GTM. You will be the technical face of Observability in front of prospects, the voice of the US market back to the product team in Europe, and the person who turns early traction into a repeatable motion. You will report to the Director of Product and partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and the engineering team in Europe. This is a great role for a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer who wants to grow their product influence, or a PMM who wants to get more hands on in deals. Equally if you're a Product Manager who loves the market-facing aspects of your role, you could be a great fit.

- Run product demos and discovery sessions. You are the product expert in the room.
- Source and shape OEM and embed partnerships that put Observability in front of new audiences
- Translate customer signal into prioritized roadmap input for the engineering team in Europe
- Represent Observability externally at conferences, in webinars, and through written thought leadership
- Use AI tooling in your day-to-day (demo prep, account research, competitive teardowns) to move faster than a traditional
