Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers
- Provide on-site support for system failures and performance issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Train end-users on system operation and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and networking
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
