Denova is expanding its team and is looking for a Finance Analyst – Finance Systems & Insights who is available to start immediately to support the delivery, automation and continuous improvement of global Finance reporting solutions across a global organisation.

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines and requires midshift availability.

We are looking for someone with strong BI development experience, particularly in building dashboards using Power BI, combined with Finance or Management Accounting knowledge. They should understand Finance reporting and be able to improve decision-making through smart automation, strong data capabilities, and effective collaboration across global Finance and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prioritise and implement management reporting enhancements and simplification initiatives in partnership with Finance teams across budgeting, forecasting, month-end and operational reporting cycles

Design, build and maintain Finance reporting solutions using Power Query and Power BI, ensuring all outputs are accurate, scalable, version-controlled and aligned to evolving business requirements

Own and manage month-end close reporting by producing comprehensive management reports and performance dashboards that give Finance stakeholders clear, timely and actionable insight

Build and maintain OPEX and Headcount reports that meet reporting standards, ensuring data integrity and on-time delivery across all reporting periods

Support ERP management reporting rollout by deploying Power BI dashboards connected to the Enterprise Data Warehouse, with a focus on Daily Sales and Cost Centre Management

Drive continuous improvement in data extraction and reporting processes by investigating and adopting better methodologies from the Enterprise Data Warehouse, reducing manual effort and improving reliability

Champion the adoption of reporting automation tools and solutions across Finance teams, proactively spotting opportunities to simplify how data is accessed, analysed and presented

Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Finance, Technology and Operations through structured forums, workshops and regular touchpoints, ensuring all reporting changes are well communicated, understood and embedded

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field — mandatory

CPA or CMA qualification or part-qualification is a strong plus

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Finance, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or Finance Systems role — mandatory

Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development — mandatory

Advanced Excel skills with strong hands-on Power Query experience — mandatory

Familiarity with ERP systems and Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts — mandatory
