WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking to add a Financial Analyst to the Finance team. This is a key hire for our organization as we continue to scale our FP&A function with support coverage for areas of the Marketing and Go-To-Market function. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical and excited about working in a fast-paced environment. Main responsibilities :

  • Own Marketing and a portion of the GTM budget, forecast, and long-range planning process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
  • Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders to model scenarios related to spend changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs
  • Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into investment needs
  • Act as the primary FP&A business partner to Marketing, Growth, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations leadership, including VPs and Directors for Cost Investments and their growth strategies
  • Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective on strategies and initiatives
  • Support scenario modeling related to growth initiatives, product investments, and efficiency improvements
  • Help drive data-driven decision making by highlighting trends, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement
  • Develop and maintain Marketing spend forecasts, incorporating pipeline plans, campaign timing, and expected ROI
  • Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into Marketing investment needs
  • Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective on Marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities related to Ma
