Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards in food production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality control measures
- Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety protocols and best practices
- Monitor and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other industry-specific regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
