Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption
- Design and deliver tailored technical solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase product capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve technical challenges during deployment
- Provide post-sales technical support and drive customer success initiatives
- Document and share best practices for scalable implementation strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API integrations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with system architecture and troubleshooting distributed systems
- Passion for customer success and driving adoption of innovative technologies
